To achieve very fine and accurate bending values over the entire long lengths, ADS-Anti defection system is incorporated in lower bed itself to avoid any loss of daylight.
The principle is based on movement of two special profile wedges, which moves over each other to generate height in the centre of the bending lengths. Spring back of hard material, wear tear of tools in the centre and deflection in the frame under full load applications affect the desired bending accuracies over the long length.
The backgauge is built on a heavy duty mechanical structure fixed on the side frames of the press brake. The standard configuration is servo-controlled X AXIS with two manually adjusted fingers moving on double linear guides.
As an option we can offer 2 AXIS (X-R),4AXIS (X, R,Zl ,Z2) and 6AXIS (Xl ,X2, Rl, R2,Zl ,Z2).
Movement is accomplished by high precision rack and pinions sliding on linear guides, powered by servo motors for all axis. This system ensures high precision with very low noise and maintenance. Low backlash in the system lets us achieve very high position for small increments.
